An outdoor boiler can integrate with an existing hot air or hot water heating system. Full installation is available and would typically include:
Trenching for underground insulated pipe and electric wire
Preparation of area for the boiler
Cement pad
Delivery and setting the boiler into place
Plumbing and electrical connections to tie in with existing hot water or hot air heating system
Optionally hydronic baseboard or other heaters if house didn't have hot water or hot air heat
Domestic water heat exchanger, if domestic hot water isn't in current inside boiler
Circumastances for each job is different. Things like distance from my business for delivery, distance of the outdoor boiler from the house for underground pipe and wire, preparation needed for the boiler site, accessability to the boiler location, etc. can be different for each job and can effect cost. Ask for a free consultation visit so we can answer any questions and give a price for installation to match your needs.
A DYI project could be to purchase the boiler and any parts needed and do it yourself (with my guidance as needed).Â
A partial install would be a combination where you do as much as you want yourself and have me do the rest.
